ARTICULO 56 . Destinación. Es el acto de autoridad competente por el cual se asigna a dependencia policial a un oficial, suboficial o miembro del nivel ejecutivo, cuando ingresa al escalafón o cuando cambia su situación jerárquica por ascenso.
