Cuando el arrendamiento debe cesar en virtud del desahucio de cualquiera de las partes, o por haberse fijado su duracion en el contrato, el arrendatario será obligado a pagar la renta de todos los dias que falten para que cese, aunque voluntariamente restituya la cosa antes del último dia.
