°. Traslados por razones de seguridad. Cuando surja una amenaza o un desplazamiento forzoso, en los términos definidos en el presente decreto, el educador oficial podrá presentar solicitud de traslado, la cual deberá ser tramitada por la autoridad nominadora con estricta y ágil aplicación de los criterios y procedimientos administrativos aquí definidos.
