Traslado de cotizaciones al Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional . El traslado de las cotizaciones correspondientes al Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional y al Fondo de Riesgos Laborales y sus rendimientos, si no se hace en unidades deberá efectuarse a más tardar el día 20 de cada mes. En ningún caso se reconocerá monto de comisión o remuneración a cargo del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional. (Decreto número 228 de 1995, artículo 4°).
