La no rendición oportuna de la calificación de servicios por parte de quien deba calificar, al término del periodo de prueba, será sancionada disciplinariamente. Con el solicitante que no haya sido calificado se seguirá el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 45 del Decreto-ley 2400 de 1968.
