Si un mismo individuo cometiere, en distintos lugares, dos o más infracciones cuyo conocimiento corresponda exclusivamente a la jurisdicción militar, conocerá de todas ellas la autoridad militar a quien corresponda !a que merezca mayor pena.

Si se trata de delitos conexos cometidos por varios militares, será competente la autoridad a quien corresponda juzgar al de mayor grado, o antigüedad de los acusados.
