º. Con el producto del préstamo y por cuenta del prestatario, el Banco de la República cancelará a los exportadores el valor de los bienes de capital respectivos; el importador cancelará directamente a los exportadores la parte del valor de la importación que no sea cubierta por el Banco de la República. En los casos de importaciones cuyo pago haya sido pactado a plazo, el Banco se beneficiará de ellos sin que haya lugar a reajuste de intereses.
