Article 48

- El Valor Correspondiente A Las Vacaciones Que Se Disfruten Se Pagará Con Base En El Salario Devengado Por El Empleado Oficial Al Tiempo De Gozar De Ellas

- El valor correspondiente a las vacaciones que se disfruten se pagará con base en el salario devengado por el empleado oficial al tiempo de gozar de ellas .

Parágrafo

- El mencionado pago deberá efectuarse por su cuantía total y con una antelación no menor a cinco (5) días, contados desde la fecha señalada para iniciar el goce de las vacaciones, con el fin de que el empleado pueda organizar con la anticipación suficiente su plan de descanso.
