A partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, la Nación procederá a la terminación de la vía de herradura que conduce de García Rovira a Casanare, llamada camino de Wilches.

Con el objeto de facilitar la rápida terminación de la expresada vía, el Gobierno dará inmediato cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 102 de 1919 .
