La Nación contribuirá para la terminación del estadio de Cali, con la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000).

Parágrafo

Para darle cumplimiento al presente artículo, y con respaldo en parte del superávit de la vigencia fiscal de 1936, ábrese un crédito adicional, de carácter extraordinario, al Presupuesto de Rentas y Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso, con la siguiente imputación:
