RECLUSION EN UN ESTABLECIMIENTO PENITENCIARIO Y CARCELARIO. La reclusión en un establecimiento penitenciario o carcelario se hará en los términos señalados en el Código de Procedimiento Penal y en las normas de este Código.

Toda persona que sea privada de la libertad o liberada por orden de autoridad competente, deberá ser reportada dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes, con su respectiva identidad y situación jurídica al Inpec, el cual deberá crear el Registro Nacional de dichas personas, manteniéndolo debidamente actualizado.
