La organización electoral garantizará el cumplimiento de los principios de la administración pública y el normal desarrollo de la votación del mecanismo de participación ciudadana a que se refiere este decreto, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Constitución Política, la Ley Estatutaria 1757 de 2015 y demás normas aplicables.
