Art. 50. Cuando la Junta no estimare suficientes las cauciones presentadas, prevendrá al rematador que abunde en seguridades, dentro de un término que no excederá de tres dias, y si éste trascurre sin que el rematador cumpla con lo prevenido, se declarará rescindido el contrato.
