Article 49

Cuando Por Cualquier Causa Haya Interrupción En El Período De Prueba Por Un Lapso Superior A Diez (10) Días Calendario Continuos, Éste Será Prorrogado Por Igual Término

Cuando por cualquier causa haya interrupción en el período de prueba por un lapso superior a diez (10) días calendario continuos, éste será prorrogado por igual término.

Parágrafo

Al empleado nombrado en período de prueba que no ostente derechos de carrera, no podrá concedérsele durante este término licencia voluntaria no remunerada.
