Derogase el artículo 2° de la Ley 6 a y el inciso 1° del artículo 8° de la Ley 13 del año en curso. En tal virtud, el personal de la Policía Nacional será en lo sucesivo el fijado en el artículo 1° de la citada Ley 6 a , en el 21 de la Ley 12 de este mismo año, en el inciso 2° del artículo 8° de la Ley 13 dicha y en el 1° de la presente.
