° De la inversión de dicha suma dará cuenta el señor Fraser a la Corte de Cuentas, enviando las respectivas relaciones de pagos al Ministerio de Gobierno, y tan luégo como se haya fenecido su cuenta cesará toda responsabilidad que pudiera haber acarreado al mismo Fraser por la omisión en la entrega de dichos fondos a aquella Administración. Comuníquese y publíquese.
