Los laboratorios mencionados en el Artículo anterior, quedarán obligados a vender al Organismo competente del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, los alcaloides y especialidades farmacéuticas en cuya fórmula entren estupefacientes en dosis controladas por las Convenciones mencionadas. El Ministerio los suministrará a los establecimientos legalmente autorizados para expenderlos.
