Llevarán estampillas por valor de veinte pesos, los documentos siguientes: 1º Los contratos que se celebren con el Gobierno de la Nación, de los Departamentos o de los Municipios, cuando sean de valor indeterminado. 2º Las patentes de privilegio por inventos útiles. 3º Las patentes de navegación marítima o fluvial. 4º Los registros de marca de fábrica o de comercio. 5º Los títulos de minas. 6º Los títulos de concesión de tierras baldías por cada mil hectáreas o fracción de mil.
