Después del 36 habrá el siguiente:

"Art. (nuevo). En el año en que deba votarse para Electores, los Consejeros Electorales se instalaran el 1o. de Septiembre, las Juntas el 1o. de Octubre, los Jurados Electorales el 15 del mismo mes; las listas de sufragantes estarán terminadas el 1° de Noviembre, permanecerán fijadas en lugar público hasta el 15 del mismo mes; y el ultimo de este mes estarán decididas todas las reclamaciones y hecha la distribución de la lista general en lista parciales."
