Art 5° Los miembros del Consejo de Estado disfrutaran cada uno del sueldo anual de tres mil ochocientos cuarenta pesos ($3.840).

Parágrafo 1

Cada uno de los Consejeros auxiliares que transitoriamente podrán crearse conforme al artículo F del Título XXI adicional de la Constitución, gozará del sueldo de dos mil cuatrocientos pesos ($2.400) al año.

Parágrafo 2

El Secretario del Consejo tendrá un sueldo de dos mil cuatrocientos ($2400) al año.

Parágrafo 3

Si llegare el caso de crear un Fiscal para lo contencioso administrativo en el Consejo de Estado, se le asignarán dos mil pesos ($2.000) al año.
