Las autoridades de la Universidad que dispusieren el pago de remuneración por nombramientos hechos con violación a las disposiciones del presente Estatuto, de la ley o de los reglamentos, serán responsables de las sumas pagadas. Son igualmente responsables por el mismo hecho los pagadores que efectúen -el pago.
