Dependencia Económica. Para efecto de la pensión de sobrevivientes se entiende que una persona es dependiente económicamente cuando no tenga ingresos, o éstos sean inferiores a la mitad de un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, y venía derivando del causante su subsistencia.
