º . Modifícase el numeral 1 del artículo 15 del Decreto 3123 de 2007, el cual quedará así: "1. Dirigir la gestión de planeamiento al interior del Sector Defensa en la adopción de herramientas e instrumentos que permitan el afianzamiento del pensamiento estratégico, la administración de recursos y la articulación del planeamiento operativo con el logístico así como proponer y acompañar las negociaciones de las compensaciones industriales que se requieran para el Sector Defensa".
