El Fondo podrá tomar acciones o participaciones en empresas exportadoras en casos especiales, y previa aprobación del gobierno mediante resolución ejecutiva. Podrá también otorgar, con aprobación del gobierno nacional, subvenciones o facilidades especial para desarrollo de cisternas de transporte que estimulen el comercio exterior.
