° Las leyendas de los artículos 27 y 146 del Acuerdo número 4 de 19 de enero del corriente año, aprobado por Decreto ejecutivo número 271 de 13 de febrero último, quedarán así: Artículo 27. Para sostenimiento del Hospital de San Francisco y del Sanatorio Antituberculoso de Quibdó, y para la adquisición de un automóvil para ambas instituciones. Artículo 146. Para conservación, ensanche, dotación y menaje de los edificios de la Intendencia.
