Las cauciones establecidas en este Decreto para los empleados de la Litografía Nacional, sólo cubrirán las responsabilidades civiles o pecuniarias en que puedan incurrir, y no los inhiben de las responsabilidades que deban exigírseles por infracciones que castiga el Código Penal.
