° Los aeroexpresos y las encomiendas postales a que hacen referencia los Decretos 2159 y 2177 del corriente año, serán entregados en el lugar de su destino por las compañías de aviación o por Las Oficinas de Encomiendas Postales, previa presentación de la licencia de importación expediría por la Oficina de Control de Cambios y Exportaciones.
