El Cajero contador tendrá la administración y manejo de los fondos destinados á la obra; tendrá un sueldo fijo mensual y deberá otorgar fianza personal de acuerdo con el artículo 2376 del Código Civil, á satisfacción del Gobernador del Departamento en donde se ejecute la obra, para asegurar el resultado de su manejo.
