Para llenar las funciones de que trata el punto XIII del artículo 12, la Cámara de Comercio elegirá cuando sea necesario, tres miembros que constituirán el Tribunal de Comercio para cada caso que se presente, que deberán ser ciudadanos colombianos.

El Tribunal de Comercio elegirá su Presidente. Será Secretario del Tribunal el de la Cámara. El Presidente dirigirá las sustanciaciones de los asuntos que se sometan al fallo del Tribunal.
