ARTICULO 15 . FINALIDADES DE LA LEY Y DE LA SANCIÓN DISCIPLINARIA . El acatamiento a la ley disciplinaria garantiza el cumplimiento de los fines y funciones del Estado, en relación con las conductas del personal uniformado. La sanción disciplinaria, por su parte, cumple esencialmente los fines de prevención y de garantía de la buena marcha disciplinaria de la Institución.
