Si el demandante justifica su acción, el Juez ordena al demandado que rinda las cuentas, atendida la naturaleza y extensión de las mismas, dentro de un término prudencial.

Si la sentencia es apelable, el término se cuenta desde que se reciba en el Juzgado el expediente devuelto por el superior.
