° Para la elección de miembros de las Cámaras de Comercio, el Gobernador del respectivo Departamento hará la convocatoria de los comerciantes, en los términos expresados en el artículo 2.° del presente Decreto, y procurando que en esa Junta tenga representación el comercio en sus varias ramas o manifestaciones, como son los negocios de exportación, transportes, bolsas, bancos, seguros, comisiones, manufacturas, fabricaciones, etc., etc. Comuníquese y publíquese.
