Espídanse al Jeneral Jacinto Solano letras de retiro, de acuerdo con el artículo 53 de la lei 82 del año de 1876, i declárasele acreedor a las dos terceras partes de su sueldo como Jeneral efectivo, de conformidad con la regla 2ª del artículo 62 de la lei citada.
