Si el presunto padre contesta la demanda negando la calidad de padre, se abrirá a aprueba el negocio por el término de veinte días, vencido el cual, las partes serán citadas para una audiencia en la que expondrán sus razones, de lo cual se levantará un acta, que será firmada por los que en el acto intervinieron.
