Artículo nueve. Los estatutos deberán determinar los términos y condiciones según los cuales los pilotos, copilotos o navegantes que presten servicio a entidades distintas a las empresas aportantes podrán tener el carácter de afiliados para efectos del goce de las prestaciones de carácter extralegal, auxilios o bonificaciones que decida asumir "CAXDAC". Deberán determinar igualmente y para los mismos efectos, las normas según las cuales pueden continuar como afiliados quienes hayan dejado de cumplir tales funciones.
