º. La sociedad que se constituya tendrá como objeto la prestación del servicio de telefonía local en la ciudad de Maicao y demás lugares que ella determine. Por constituirse entre una entidad territorial y un establecimiento público del orden nacional, la nueva entidad se regirá por lo dispuesto en el artículo 4ø. del Decreto-ley 130 de 1976.
