Artículo veintiuno . Tanto el personal que se crea por este Decreto como los que desempeñan sus funciones actualmente, además de las atribuciones que les confiere la Ley 32 de 1948 tendrán las de vigilar y controlar la efectividad de las tasas a que se refiere el Decreto-Ley 0690 del presente año.
