Deróganse los Decretos 499 de 1948, 3065 de 1984 y 2613 de 1989 a partir de la fecha en que el Ministerio de Minas y Energía expida las reglamentaciones que contengan lo concerniente al almacenamiento, manejo y venta mayorista y minorista de Gas Propano, GLP, y el mantenimiento, reparación y reposición de cilindros y tanques estacionarios de Gas Propano, GLP.
