Art. 12. El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá que los Administradores de Hacienda o Ajentes postales de la Nacion en Satamarta, Barranquilla i Cartajena, envien al de Colon i viceversa, la correspondencia, siempre que la haya, por los vapores que zarpen de unos a otros puertos.

Cuando se exija pago por la conduccion, el Administrador lo hará i remitirá los comprobantes a la Secretaria del ramo, para que se legalice el gasto.

Queda abrogado por este artículo el 16 de la lei 35 de 1.° de mayo de 1871, adicional a la de 13 de junio de 1866, orgánica del servicio de correos nacionales.
