Los Alféreces, Guardiamarinas y Cadetes de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales, que se retiren en buenas condiciones durante el último año de estudios, podrán obtener el grado de Subtenientes de Reserva, o su equivalente en la Armada, a juicio del Gobierno, pero no podrán ser llamados al servicio activo sino en caso de movilización.
