Artículo único. La cesión de las minas de Muzo hecha por la Nación al Estado de Boyacá por disposición del artículo 3.o de la ley 27 de 1878 , comprende también la de las tierras baldías comprendidas dentro de los límites generales que les señaló a dichas minas el inciso final del artículo 2.o del decreto de 1o de Diciembre de 1871, expedida por el Poder Ejecutivo en cumplimiento del artículo 6.o de la ley 37 de 1870.
