Artículo primero. El honorable Representante Jeremías Molano Sánchez, durante los veinte (20) días que permanezca en la ciudad de Washington, en cumplimiento de la comisión que le ha sido conferida, tendrá derecho a percibir viáticos a razón de US$ 50.00 dólares y a los pasajes de ida y regreso, en la ruta Bogotá-Washington-Bogotá.
