No causarán porte de correo ni gravamen alguno las remesas de dinero hasta de cien pesos ($ 100) que se envíen a la Caja de Ahorros del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario. Pero los consignantes no podrán retirar el importe de estas remesas sino pasados treinta días desde el en que se abone la consignación en la libreta respectiva.
