ARTICULO 3.8.3.9.- PERIODO DE LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA. El período de los miembros de la junta directiva, gerente y revisor fiscal será de dos (2) años, no obstante podrán ser removidos en cualquier tiempo. Mientras no se designen y tomen posesión ante el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas los nuevos miembros, continuarán ejerciendo sus funciones los anteriores.
