Art. 23 Facultase al poder ejecutivo para crear una Sección dependiente de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional que se ocupe especialmente en la investigación de los delitos á que se contrae la presente Ley. Dicha sección deberá constar de un Comisario Especial, de un Fiscal y de los demás empleados necesarios para el buen servicio , á juicio del mismo poder ejecutivo.
