Para asesorar al Presidente de la República en el ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias concedidas en los artículos 108 y 109 esta ley, intégrase una comisión constituida por tres (3) Senadores y tres (3) Representantes miembros de las Comisiones Séptimas Constitucionales Permanentes, designados por las mesas directivas de las mismas.
