º . El Ministerio del ramo señalará el monto y efectuará el pago de la remuneración que corresponde al representante de los propietarios de los predios afectados, por mensualidades vencidas. La entidad propietaria de la obra consignará en la Pagaduría del Ministerio las sumas necesarias. El Ministerio podrá delegar en la respectiva gobernación el recaudo de las sumas y el pago de que trata el inciso anterior.
