Artículo tercero. Para todos los efectos legales se entiende que no hay solución de continuidad para los funcionarios que en la fecha de adaptación de este Acuerdo estén laborando en la Seccional de Norte de Santander y sean incorporados a la Planta que se establecen en este Decreto.
