Artículo quinto. El régimen de viáticos de los empleados públicos docentes, que deban cumplir comisión de servicios en el interior del país y en el exterior, vinculados a la planta de personal de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional y del Instituto Pedagógico Nacional, será el que se establezca en general para la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
