El oficial encargado de la derrota o navegador o el piloto de un buque, o tripulante de una aeronave de las Fuerzas Armadas o de un convoy o el operador de telecomunicaciones, que intencionalmente indujere en error al comandante, será sancionado con prisión de cuatro a ocho años. Si los hechos se produjeren por culpa, la pena será de uno a cuatro años de arresto.
